As the weather cools off, I have visions of candy and pumpkin pie and apple pie and all the other favorite treats that pop up this time of year.

I think I’m putting on a few pounds just thinking about it.

I’m upping my running regiment right now! (Simply because I’m upping my apple pie regiment too.)
