Old And Cold
I feel colder these days myself.
Over the last year or so I lost a lot of weight and I think that has something to do with it.
I say that because I don’t want to attribute my getting cold to getting old.

getting old doesnt mean you get cold easy, I’m 21, but I’m always cold even at 31degree celcius and I get sick really easilly. When my father is in his 60s and he can handle temperature like 14 degree celcius without having to put a coat on and he barelly ever gets sick

Yep, I agree. I’ve also found that the less “meat” I have on me, the colder I get.
