Flip What House
The only thing that’s keeping me from doing it is capital and knowledge.
When I put it like that, it seems so easy. We’ll see.

I’ve kinda always wondered that myself.

I may make fun of them, but reality shows are entertaining. If I watched tv, I’d get sucked in. That’s why I don’t watch much tv.

I believe TV reaity shows. Take Master Chef for example. All the contestants always finish plating up their dishes just in time as they count down the last 5 seconds. Now you just can’t fake stuff like that…

I’m still on a search for a spatula large enough to flip houses. I’ll keep you posted. Ha,ha,ha!

@Tony: Master Chef sounds interesting. Maybe I’ll check it out sometime. I used to watch “Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares” and loved it.
@ MJ: The bigger the spatula, the bigger the profit, right?

All these flip my house shows do to inspire me is to watch the next episode. I am never inspired to get off my butt and actually emulate anything.

Hahaha! Yes, and the more in debt and upside-down things get, the more I want to get junk food and watch them suffer.

Hahaha…. I learned that lesson from ‘The Real World’…
no matter how hard I partied at night, MTV never seemed very interested in paying my bills. Who’d have thunk it?!

It’s a lot easier to flip houses if you’re Superman.

“Reality” shows doesn’t seem “real” anymore… just fun to watch so-called “real” people do something funny

@SpilledInkGuy: You bring up a good point. Maybe we’d all act more daring if there was no financial consequences.
@Binky: Superman unfortunately cannot qualify for a mortgage these days since his job at the paper doesn’t pay good enough.
@alecho: Local news can be a fun reality show. Ever see this? http://bit.ly/bDasS4

The funny thing is most people who flip houses have a formula regarding how many homes they need to flip in order to purchase a home with cash flat-out. Guess how many homes that is? Tha-rrreee!

I always thought those shows were how-to classes.

I must say I’ve never heard of house flipping before.

@George: They’re like cooking shows but for burning cash.
@Tony: Check out the shows if you can. They’re a blast!
